Hotels, (fastfood)restaurants and cafés have seen their turnover grow by 0,3% in de last 3 month (CBS).
Koninklijke Horeca Nederland (KHN) is under the impression that things are progressing in the right direction. Restaurants are regaining ground again at the expense of fastfood restaurants. Consumers seem to be willing to spend more.
Compared to last year all Catering has improved by 4% turnover. Booth the amount of consumptions and prices have risen. 2014 was the best year for catering since 2008.
