Production of Dutch industry grew in February to the highest level in 4 years. The production in February was 1.7% higher than the year before (source CBS).
Especially transportation equipment and electric appliances grew substantially more.
Furthermore the production of food, rubber and plastics grew above average. Pharma and machinery saw a decrease. The industry shows a rising trend since mid 2014, despite some short periods of shrink. The confidence of industrial entrepreneurs lies far above the average of the last 20 years.
