FoxIT in British hands

FoxIT, one of the largest security companies in the Netherlands, has been bought by the NCC group for 133 million euro. 220 security-experts work at FoxIT. They cooperate with partners in 20 countries. NCC is in the same business and employs 1500 people. The deal should enable both companies to grow faster.
