Less investments in Commercial real-estate

In the first quarter of 2015 less investments in commercial real-estate was done compared to Q1 2014 (ING). There were especially less large transactions.

Foreign investors

Foreign investors are looking more and more at locations outside of Amsterdam and sometimes even outside the Randstad (area between Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht). The amount commercial real-estate suitable for investments is still less than  the demand. (Highly questionable since there is an abundance of free office space).
