This shows a growth of 2 years in a row. Longterm and shortterm contract have increased, just like the previous quarters.
Longterm contract like Payrolling and Detachering grew 2%. This growth is in line with the trend toward more flexibility in the labor market. More and more employers receive a longterm flexibel contract instead of a permanent job. This way hiring and firing is alot easier. Shorttem contracts grew 0,2%.
